Once again, for reasons that Xfinity is apparently unable to fix, a user's Outlook is suddenly unable to download email from Comcast. Outlook says that the problem is that that the user must login on Outlook with the correct Comcast password.

As of June 2024, Xfinity customers are not able to create new Xfinity Email (comcast.net) accounts. If you have an existing Xfinity Email account, you can continue to access and use your existing Xfinity Email account as you do today through the Xfinity Email website.
